We take pride in the craftsmanship of every piece we create. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Free Returns (within 5 days) – For Damaged or Incorrect Items Only
We offer free returns within 5 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error on our part.

To start a return, email hello@islandstitch.com within 5 days of delivery.

The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We’ll send you a prepaid return label to ship the item back.
Returnable Items
Please note that not all items are eligible for return or refund. The following are final sale:

Custom or personalized products, including special orders

Items purchased at pop-up events or trunk shows
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, please email us before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us at hello@islandstitch.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Include photos of the damage and a brief description.

We’ll review your request and reply within 48 hours.

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the item shows signs of wear or intentional damage.
Exchanges
To request a size exchange:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item

Once accepted, you may make a separate purchase using your store credit
Refunds
If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Shipping costs and non-refundable payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal's 3.5%) will be deducted from your returnable amount

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds
